In other words, we will only recommend software and hardware from vendors whose products we use in our Services Division. As a result of the complexity and volumes encountered by our Services Division, we firmly believe a solution based on those technologies would be appropriate for any end-user application.

In addition, we realize that training and support are always an integral part of any cohesive information management solution. Our day-to-day hands-on experience with these products ensures that the quality of our training and support programs is unrivaled. A number of our product manufacturers have, in fact, employed DMI as a beta test center because of our recognized expertise with their products, and because the complexity of our Services Division system provides a perfect test bed for their products.
